The first one I ordered came with several imperfections and scratches on several parts of the headset. They did accept the return and quickly send out a replacement, but they should have better quality control in the first place so as to not frustrate customers and waste their time.

Machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum with a bright-dip black anodized finish, and features a low-friction upper bearing seal and a double-lip lower bearing seal that combine to completely seal cups from external contaminants – delivering exceptional durability and reliability previously limited to our premium 110 series.

Interlok® Spacer Compatible
Our patented Interlok spacer design provides solid interface between the top cover and spacer stack, meaning they “nest” together and into the top of the bearing cover, which helps minimize shifting under load while riding; and shave 25% in weight off a standard alloy spacer stack. Spacers sold separately.
